Friday - 11/20/09 - An interesting day. Before the convention we found out that our house was broken into. Linda's daughter is checking on the house and saw that the back door was broken into. All our electronics are gone (tvs, stereos, computer, etc). So we missed the convention and packed up and headed home...NOT! It's just stuff.
We still managed to have a really good day.
We met people from all the way from Japan to as close as Plainfield, Indiana. The couple from Plainfield are in the same congregation as Mark and Becky Steffen.
WHOA! Can't believe your house got robbed!!! Bummer. Let me know if you need me to stop by and check to see if anything else needs done before you get back.
ReplyDeleteI was gonna ask if you had any relatives with drug or alcohol problems who might be responsible but then i remembered that you posted your plans on Facebook so i guess anyone could know you are gone.

So sorry to hear about you guys getting burglarized! Yeah, it's just stuff..but it also is a feeling of being vulnerable and having some stranger in your house is kinda unnerving! So please let us know if there's anything we can do!!!
